Can you feel it ? ~ the restlessness, the boredom, the fear, the impatience, the sadness ~ perhaps even the anger that being in this situation has placed on you. We have not been conditioned to deal with these circumstances. We are being forced into isolation to recognize and pay attention to what we have been doing and how it is making us feel. The satisfactions in the outside world are fleeting. We find ourselves trying to fill ourselves up everyday, day in and day out and it is exhausting. You are being given this unprecedented opportunity to balance the scales. What is important to you? What do you want? what do you want to feel? Remember all of those moments that you have had in the middle of a meeting, or on your commute sitting in traffic or while you were trying to fall asleep at night etc. ~ missing your kids, wondering if you will ever have time to do the things that your heart longs for, to feel the things that fill you with purpose and feeling in those small moments that there has to be something more. There is. We have been smothering all of these because we have never been taught to seek them. There is a wall ~ a belief (conditioned), that is keeping you from your true self. You are being given this time to pull down the walls, look past them and allow yourself to experience and create experiences that will fill you with your life with what you have been aching for. Each one of us needs to do this to discover that we are all connected ~ what you allow in your heart is what you bring to the world. Imagine better, release the creativity of your mind and discover the possibilities ~ they are endless!
